Title: Wedding Invitations/Cards

Reflection: This was my first live work project to design a set of four cards (invitation, direction, detail, and RSVP) and two envelopes (a regular and RSVP) for a teacher's wedding. First, they gave me an example that they wanted me to base my design off of. I began by creating various different watercolor paintings of the design until they picked a color and a design that they liked. Then I scanned the design onto the computer and did different versions of the text aspect (font, color, and placement) until I made one they liked. I essentially repeated this process with the other cards and envelopes until we settled on final designs. Lastly, we used a data merge and InDesign so that we could put all the names on the envelopes and printed out all the cards.
